| Tip 1 Bawasan and Carbohydrates sa katawan. kung dati ay kumakain ka ng 1 tasa ng kanis sa bawat kainan subukan ang kalahating tasa at makikita mo ang pagbabago sa timbang. |

| hmmmmm...i remember one of my cousin she was chubby then,someone told her i don't know what exactly word it is(6 to 6 o'clock routine)wer you can started eating ur breakfast,no more food after that,12 o'clock lunch and 6 o'clock dinner as the same of the above no more food after that!!hope this can help run down body's weight!!!! |

I'd really wanted to lower my carbo intake, but I can't help myself. Ang lakas ko talaga kumain ng kanin.
